How to Upload a Prescr
Go to the Upload Prescription section, select the ‘Upload Prescription’ tab and click ‘Choose from Gallery’.
Your prescription will be verified at the backend and the medicines will accordingly be added to your cart.
If there is any confusion related to your prescription, you will receive a call from our pharmacy team for clarification.
You can also go to Patients and select upload Prescription and click Take a Photo.
Payment Process
a. Place the order by selecting/entering your address and payment method of choice.

Can I order medicines without a prescription?
We are glad to know that you are willing to be associated with us. How do I know if my prescription is valid?
As per government regulations, any prescription that contains the details of the doctor, patient, medicine, prescription date, and doctor’s sign/stamp is valid up to 6 months from the date of issue.
Will I get an invoice if I order medicines on Skylab?
After buying your medicines or any healthcare products in general, you will be provided with an invoice only at the time of delivery by the assigned delivery agent. You will also get an e-invoice copy via registered email ID and Watts App No (If Any)
However, you can check your order summary on the website by following these steps.
a) Click on the ‘Others’ tab on the homepage.
b) Select ‘My Profile’ tab
c) You will see the list of all the orders placed by you.
d) Select the order for which you wish to see the invoice summary.
e) Click on the ‘Download Invoice’.

How do I cancel my order? (Cancellation Process Available?)
If your order is one of those as mentioned below, then please proceed with the following process/s:

A. Order for doorstep sample collation
After you place an order for sample collection on our website or via call. Post your order confirmation, within 1 hour, our executive will get in touch with you to get the final confirmation prior to delivery to your assigned address.
B. Order for medicine delivery
Once the prescription is being uploaded on our website, your medicine will be delivered on the same day. But you can cancel your order within 30 minutes once the order is confirmed by us.
C. In order to book a doctor consultation
You can book doctor’s consultation very easily by visiting our website. If you think you need to cancel doctor consultation which is already booked by you, then you have to cancel the same at least 1 day before.

Can I use prescriptions other than Skylab to order medicines from Skylab?
Definitely! You can use the ‘Upload Prescription’ option to upload prescriptions from other service providers other than Skylab to place your orders.
